Welcome to Zendrive Car Rental. By booking a vehicle through our website or rental office, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• A valid driver’s license and credit/debit card are required to book a vehicle.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• All rates are displayed in USD and are subject to taxes and applicable fees.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to pickup may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be operated by the person(s) listed on the rental agreement.
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning fees.

4. Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 21 years of age (age restrictions may apply to certain vehicles).
• A valid driver’s license, held for a minimum of 1 year, is required.
• Additional drivers must be registered and may be subject to a fee.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals unless otherwise stated.
• Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.
• Optional insurance upgrades may be available at the time of booking.

6. Fuel & Mileage

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• Additional charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
• Mileage limits may apply based on the rental plan selected.

7. Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a delay.

8. Modifications

Zendrive reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
